HelloWorld7 is committed to providing you with excellent products and a superior shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return process.
1. Standard Return Policy
• Return Period: For most items, you can initiate a return request within 60 days of receiving the item.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must retain all original labels, packaging, and accessories.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Processing time is typically within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Specific Category Return Policy
Due to the special nature of our products, the following categories are subject to special return terms:
Product Category Special Return Terms Mechanical/Engine/3D Metal Models
- Unopened/Unassembled: Standard return policy applies.
- Opened/Assembled: Returns are not accepted unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect. If assembly is impossible due to missing or damaged parts, please contact our customer service and we will send you the necessary replacement parts.
Watches
- All original protective films (dial, strap), packaging box, certificate, and instruction manual must be retained.
- Any signs of wear, scratches, or strap adjustments will result in the rejection of the return request.
- Returns of high-value watches (over $300) will require professional appraisal.
Fishing Tackle
- Fishing rods, reels, etc., must be unused and free of scratches or wear.
- Consumables such as fishing lines and bait are not eligible for return or exchange once opened.
Tea
- For food safety reasons, tea products are not eligible for return once the outer packaging has been opened, unless there is a quality issue (such as mold or foreign matter).
3. Return Process
1. Submit an Application: Please log in to your HelloWorld7 account, find the order you wish to return in "My Orders," and click the "Apply for Return" button. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return and upload necessary photographic evidence (such as photos of damaged goods).
2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA): Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and your return address.
3. Ship the Goods: Please pack the goods, all accessories, and the original invoice (or packing list) together, clearly labeling the package with your RMA number. Do not return any goods without an RMA.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned package, we will inspect it. Once the inspection is successful, we will process your refund immediately.
4. Shipping Information
• Returns Due to Our Faults: If the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item, item with quality defects), HelloWorld7 will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
• Returns Due to Customer Faults: If the return is due to your personal reasons (e.g., dislike, ordering the wrong size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For international orders, the original order shipping costs and any applicable customs duties will not be refunded.
5. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to first return the original item according to the above process to receive a refund, and then reorder the items you want.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please carefully inspect your items within 48 hours of receiving your package. If you find that the items were damaged during transit, or you received the wrong items, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide your order number and relevant photos. We will prioritize resolving your issue.
