Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at HW7. We are committed to providing you with reliable and efficient global shipping services.

1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing Time: All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Special Item Handling:

• Pre-sale Items: Will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date indicated on the product page.

• Customized Items: Watches requiring engraving or models with special configurations may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

• Order Confirmation: After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods, Time, and Costs

We partner with several globally renowned logistics carriers to offer you a variety of shipping options. On the checkout page, the system will calculate and display all available shipping options and their costs based on your shipping address and order weight.

The following are estimated delivery times and costs for major delivery areas (for reference only):

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

Express Shipping:2-10 business days (Free Shipping)
Standard Shipping:10-30 business days (Free Shipping)

Some of our items are sent from the local USA warehouse. so you can receive your parcel within 2-5 days.

Important Note: Estimated delivery time is calculated from the order shipment date and does not include customs clearance time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs delays, severe weather, or carrier issues.

3. International Shipping and Customs Duties

• Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (DDU): All international orders are shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the order price does not include any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes that may be levied in the destination country.

• Recipient's Responsibility: As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all relevant import fees. These fees are typically collected from you by the logistics carrier at or before delivery of the package.

• Refusal to Pay Customs Duties: If you refuse to pay customs duties, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, the original shipping cost and any additional charges incurred due to the return will be deducted from your refund. Under no circumstances will we provide refunds for packages detained or destroyed by customs.

4. Order Tracking

You can find real-time tracking information via the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your HW7 account on the "My Orders" page.

5. Address Accuracy and Delivery Failure

• Your Responsibility: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Package Returns: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or no one to sign for it, we will contact you. If you wish to have it reshipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

• Most of our standard delivery services can deliver to P.O. Boxes. However, express delivery (DHL/FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

• We can ship to military addresses (APO/FPO), but delivery times may be longer.
