Once your model has left our facility, the tracking process is fully transparent.
Finding Your Tracking Number
Within [24-48] hours of your order leaving our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal.
How to Track
- Via Email: Simply click the link in your Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Via Helloworld7 Account: Log into your account on our website, navigate to "My Orders," select your recent purchase, and click "Track."
- Universal Tracking: You can also use universal tracking platforms like 17track.net by pasting your tracking number.
Please Note: It may take [1-3] business days for the courier to update the initial scan data on their website after the tracking number is generated. If your tracking shows absolutely no updates after [7] business days, please contact [service@helloworld7.com].
